Sacramento Couples Therapy

Looking for couples therapy in Sacramento? My office in Roseville is about 20 minutes from downtown, and I see many couples from the Sacramento area.

What Brings Sacramento Couples to Therapy

The couples I see are dealing with real challenges:

  • Communication has broken down and every conversation turns into a fight

  • You feel disconnected, like you're living parallel lives

  • Infidelity or betrayal has shattered trust

  • You've tried to fix things on your own but nothing sticks

  • You're wondering if the relationship is worth saving

Whatever brought you here, the work is about building something better—a relationship where both partners feel seen and valued.

My Approach

I use a differentiation-based approach, drawing from the work of David Schnarch. Rather than just teaching you how to communicate better, I help each of you become more solid in yourselves.

Strong relationships are built by two whole people who can stay connected without losing themselves. That's what we work toward.

Session Options

Regular sessions are 50 minutes, weekly or biweekly. These work well for steady, ongoing progress.

Intensive sessions are three to four hours per day, spread across one to three days. If you want to make significant progress quickly, or if weekly sessions are hard to fit into your schedule, intensives are a good option.

Both formats are available in person at my Roseville office or via secure video.

Pricing

Regular 50-minute sessions: $250

Intensive sessions: 750 for three hours, 1,000 for four hours
