Session Options

Regular sessions are 50 minutes, scheduled weekly or biweekly. These work well for ongoing growth and maintenance.

Intensive sessions are three to four hours per day, spread across one to three days. These are ideal if you want faster progress or are in crisis.

Both formats are available in person at my Roseville office or via secure video.
